Job Description:
Shima Onsen Kashiwaya Ryokan is a traditional Japanese inn located in the scenic Shima Onsen area.
We are looking for a Japanese-speaking staff member to help us welcome guests from around the world!
Ideal Candidate:
✅ Interested in experiencing life in rural Japan
✅ Can communicate in Japanese (JLPT N3 or higher recommended)
✅ Loves Japanese onsen and ryokan culture
✅ Enjoys interacting with international guests
Job Responsibilities:
•Check-in & check-out assistance
•Guest support (especially for international visitors)
•Light cleaning and meal service assistance
•General ryokan tasks

Shima Onsen, Gunma Prefecture – A peaceful hot spring town surrounded by nature!
